From Stressed Manager to Wellness Pioneer at Workzenergy

My name is Lucie Fernandez. In my former life, I was a district manager in large RETAIL companies such as ETAM, WE, Cassise, Camaieu, Heytens... I had to deal with stress and burnout on a daily basis. But now I'm the founder of Workzenergy, where I put my passion and experience at the service of corporate well-being.

My Journey to Change :

Tired of the hectic pace and imbalances of corporate life, I felt the need for a change. Curious and non-conformist, I explored reflexology, a step that opened the doors to a whole new world for me. As a member of FEBEREF UP and president of ASBL PERREFLEXO, I've deepened my practice and shared my passion.

The Discovery of the PSIO and the Beginning of a New Era:

My journey led me to discover PSIO, a light therapy relaxation technology, which has played a crucial role in regulating my sleep and mental health. This discovery was a turning point, enabling me to better manage my stress and maintain my self-confidence, which was necessary for my 360-degree turnaround.

From Manager to Founder of Workzenergy :

The decision to leave the RETAIL world marked the start of my new mission. After teaching reflexology, I started as a Happy-Manager at Plantyn, where I was able to offer relaxation and well-being to employees. This experience was fundamental in the creation of Workzenergy. It was thanks to Plantyn, who believed in me, that I was able to get started.

Workzenergy: A Response to Stress and Burn Out in the Workplace :

At Workzenergy, we have worked with leading companies, including Nestlé, offering customised solutions for corporate well-being. Our mission is to share our knowledge and expertise to combat stress and burn out, by providing relaxation and balance.

Conclusion :

Today, Souffle d'énergie, under the Workzenergy banner, continues to grow, and I'm fulfilling my mission more and more every day. Workzenergy is not just a company, it's a reflection of my career and my passion for corporate well-being.
